Northwest Quadrant Unified Task Force
The Northwest Quadrant Master Plan is a guideline for the northwest quadrant of the Village Center where all the property owners in the quadrant work together for the benefit of the community, making the quadrant more pedestrian friendly so pedestrians can easily flow between the properties in the northwest quadrant, and also providing enhancements over time that residents can enjoy. For example, a safe passage between the Jewett Park Community Center and the Deerfield Library is a priority of the plan, as currently pedestrians flow between these properties in a parking lot.
