The first layer of asphalt paving (all but the top two inches) is scheduled to take place on Monday, June 1, 2026 (weather permitting) and is anticipated to take one day to complete. Please note that the road will be closed during paving operations. Due to limited space, traffic will not be able to pass the paving operation.
Impacted residents will receive a "hand delivered" physical notification with additional details.
Please park vehicles away from the construction site, as trucks will require room to operate at the intersection of Berkley Ct. and Stratford Rd.
Paving operations will include heavy truck traffic and may result in significant delays to through traffic. During this time, and if possible, please avoid the construction area and utilize adjacent roadways. All driveways will be accessible at the completion of each work day.
NOTE: If weather prevents paving, the temporary access ramps will not be removed. In that case, paving will take place the following day.
