With spring approaching, the contractor will be returning to the site next week to begin minor cleanup work. This will include removing the straw blankets and preparing parkways for topsoil installation, which is expected to begin within the next couple of weeks.
Remaining work items include parkway restoration with sod, completion of sidewalk installation, sign installation, tree plantings, and final asphalt paving between Wayne Avenue and Chestnut Street. All work is anticipated to be completed by early June.
