Construction Update – 6/13/2025
This week, the contractor made progress on the water main installation between the railroad tracks and Waukegan Road, completing the section beneath the tracks.
Next week, work will focus on transferring residential water services to the new main and completing the remaining storm sewer installation. Once these tasks are completed, the underground work in this area will be done and the crew will return to the Prairie Avenue area to begin connecting residential services there.
