The Community Development Department retains digital files on most addresses in Deerfield. The Village's digital files only include records that have been submitted through the permitting process. The Village does not have plats of survey for all properties. Complete a Freedom of Information Request (FOIA) to allow staff to check the digital records.
Note, staff can only release copies of plats of survey to a homeowner – not to a real estate agent, potential buyer, contractor or other.
