The Village of Deerfield welcomes back the Food Truck Wednesdays summer series at Jewett Park beginning June 3. Following strong attendance and positive feedback last year, the series returns with six evenings of food, live music and family-friendly activities in a casual park setting.

This year, the events will again be held in the Hazel Avenue parking lot near the park. Limited seating will be available, and attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs.

Food Truck Wednesdays will take place from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on June 3 and 17, July 8 and 22, and August 5 and 19. The June 3 and August 5 events will also include a Block Party hosted by the Deerfield Police Department and Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Department, featuring a touch-a-truck and other activities. Check out the food truck lineup for each week.

Each event will offer a rotating selection of food vendors serving a variety of meals, snacks, desserts and other treats. With a mix of returning favorites and new vendors throughout the season, each evening will offer something different for attendees to enjoy.

Residents are invited to bring their appetite, chairs or a blanket and enjoy an evening of food, music and community connection at Jewett Park.
