Resulting from delays due to contractor availability, the final phase of concrete repairs will now take place tomorrow (Friday, July 1, 2022) on Longfellow, Hermitage & Byron.
The contractor will utilize a fast curing concrete mixture that will allow the contractor to backfill and restore access as soon as Saturday afternoon.
We realize that Longfellow is utilized as a detour route during the 4th of July Parade (which takes place on Deerfield Road). Therefore, the contractor will ensure safe passage by making sure all excavations are backfilled and the road is swept by Saturday afternoon.
Residents who will experience driveway access impacts have been notified.
