Police Community Roll Call at South Park September 14

The Deerfield Police Department invites residents to attend Community Roll Call at 7 p.m. at South Park Wednesday, September 14. Previous Community Roll Call events were held in different parks throughout town each month during the summer. This is the fourth and final Community Roll Call of the season.

At the start of each tour of duty, police officers report for a roll call briefing. This meeting is held to share information from one shift to the next and consists of an overview of emerging trends and calls for service from the last 24 hours. These may include traffic issues and concerns or crime trends. Residents and families are encouraged to attend Community Roll Call to learn important crime prevention information, safety tips, and meet the patrol officers who serve their community.
