November 22 Update: Next week will be the final three days of collection from Monday, November 25 through Wednesday, November 27. There is no pickup schedule for next week, and Public Works will only make one pass per house. To ensure your leaves are collected, all piles must be at the curb no later than 6 a.m. on Monday. If you have leaves remaining after the end of the program, you may place them in yard waste bags for collection by Waste Management. Yard waste must be affixed with a sticker - get more information here.

The Village’s annual leaf collection program provides residents with an alternate way to dispose of their leaves. Residents may simply rake leaves to the curb or carriage walk line the night before their scheduled pickup so Village crews may use vacuum hose machines to collect the foliage. Get more information and the leaf collection schedule map here.
Beginning the week of October 21 and continuing through November 21 (weather permitting), Public Works crews will make one pass by each house in the Village each week during the program. Please do not put out leaves more than one day prior to your scheduled pickup day. Leaves should be raked neatly, as close to the curb as possible, so long as they are not placed in the street or on carriage walks or sidewalks, which causes safety hazards to pedestrians and drivers. Leaves should be placed in piles no greater than 5' in width. If you have landscapers, please direct them to abide by the Village's leaf collection guidelines.
