The center lanes of Waukegan Road will be closed for paving operations at Greenwood Avenue on Thursday, August 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Greenwood Avenue west of Waukegan will only be available from the southbound lane of Waukegan Road and and traffic turning onto Waukegan Road from the west side of Greenwood Avenue must go south on Waukegan. Similarly, Greenwood Avenue east of Waukegan Road will only be available from the northbound lane of Waukegan Road and and traffic turning onto Waukegan Road from the east side of Greenwood Avenue must go north on Waukegan.
Access will be maintained as diagramed on the map provided below. The contractor will reopen this intersection once the asphalt has been placed and has had time to cool.
