Pavement grinding and removal operations will include heavy truck traffic and may result in impacts to driveways while the pavement is being removed directly in front of a driveway. However, once grinding/removal is completed, the contractor will install stone access ramps that will allow access to all driveways. These ramps will remain in place until the following week’s pavement operations.

GRINDING-OPERATION

Knollwood Rd (Warwick to Margate) plus Westgate
Project completed.   Only punch list items remain.

Knollwood Rd
(Margate to Kingston) plus Margate Terrace

Linden Ave (Stratford to Chestnut)
Underground work at this location was so minimal, that it was completed on May 26, 2020 (due to contractor availability).  Only minor adjustments to underground structures remain and will be performed previous to pavement removal.

Curb removal and replacement is planned along the northern portion of Linden Ave for next Thursday and Friday.   Upon completing the north side curb, the contractor will return the following week to remove and replace the south side.  Additional notice will proceed any driveway access impacts.
