Proof of ownership is required for all demolition permits.
Bonds and licenses, LOC of 10,000 (LOC is Letter of Credit)
All demolition work is to be completed within 42 days upon issuance of permit.
Grading and drainage plans are required to be submitted to the Engineering Department if the site is not diligently pursued within 6 months of the issuance of permit.
A Letter of Credit can be in the form of cash.
The start of construction of a new proposed building or the approved grading plan for the site shall be completed 42 days after the demolition permit is issued.
Security fencing must be erected prior to the issuance and release of the demolition permit.
All utility disconnects (gas, electric, water and sewer) shall be complete and verified prior to the issuance and release of the demolition permit.
The site shall be inspected for compliance of all codes and ordinances prior to the issuance and release of the demolition.
The bond shall be for the contractor who is performing the demolition work.
