Residential Redevelopment Review Task Force

The Residential Redevelopment Review (RRR) Task Force (also known as the Tear Down Task Force) is convened periodically to examine important issues related to teardowns and other construction related issues. The RRR Task Force is a six member group made up of Deerfield residents. The Task Force was recently reconvened and met 8 times in 2008. The Task Force examined several issues including attic measurements, stormwater drainage, impervious surfaces, “green” development practices, building heights, trees, and the licensing of contractors. The Task Force is a recommending body to the Board of Trustees. The Board considers the Task Force’s recommendation and makes a final decision.
