2009 Street Rehabilitation Project

Project Completion: September 18, 2009

The Village of Deerfield is pleased to announce that the 2009 Street Rehabilitation Project is completed. The focus of the project was mainly pavement repairs at various locations throughout the Village. The list below summarizes the type of work completed in the 2009 Street Rehabilitation Project.

  • Asphalt grinding and resurfacing  = 10,174 square yards
  • Concrete pavement patching  = 1,285 square yards
  • Curb and gutter removal & replacement = 1,602 feet
  • Sidewalk removal & replacement = 6,929 square feet

Residents aware of any damaged pavement, curb or side walk existing with in the village please contact John Guccione, Inspecting Engineer, at 847.719.7465. Inspections will be performed upon notification of any damaged infrastructure so that locations can be included in next year’s street rehabilitation project.
