Burglaries to Residential Construction Sites

The Deerfield Police Department is seeking information from the public concerning a series of burglaries that have been reported to homes under construction in the Village. The crimes were reported on December 4-6, 2013 and are believed to have taken place in the late evening and/or overnight hours. Items taken include furnaces, washing machines, dryers, and air conditionin units. The Department is asking residents to be especially vigilant around homes under construction in their neighborhoods and to report any suspicious person, vehicles, or activity by calling 9-1-1.
