Raffle License

No Person, firm or corporation shall conduct any raffle or sell any chance within the Village without first having obtained a license for the particular raffle pusant to Article 14(Licenses), Chapter 2 (Raffles) of the Deerfield Municipal Code. "Raffle" means a form of lottery, as defined in Section 28-2(b) of the Illinois Criminal Code (750ILCS 5/28-2)

The fee for each raffle license shall be $25.00
