Affordable and Workforce Housing Resource Guide

The Village has created an Affordable and Workforce Housing Resource Guide.  The Resource Guide provides a list of state and local agencies and non profit organizations that promote affordable housing opportunities and options.

2009

The Mayor and Village Board of Trustees have directed the Plan Commission to consider the issue of workforce and affordable housing in Deerfield. The Plan Commission has discussed this issue at several workshop meetings and has made a recommendation to the Mayor and Village Board. Below are the Plan Commission recommendation and workshop meeting minutes, and the materials that have been distributed to the Plan Commission relating to this topic.
