Update for Week of 8/31/2020

Posted on August 31, 2020 at 8:22 AM by John Guccione

The below update provides a forecast of construction operations planned for the week of August 31, 2020.  Please note that this forecast is subject to change due to weather and contractor availability.

Kenton Rd (Warwick to Deerfield Rd)
Pavement removal begins on Monday, August 31 and will continue through the week on Kenton Rd. This work will include heavy truck traffic and will result in access impacts to residential driveways during the day. If vehicles are needed during the day, residents are asked to relocate their vehicles to adjacent streets prior to 7:30am each day. The contractor will install stone access ramps that will allow access to the roadway, and to all driveways at the end of each day.

WM-175Starting on Tuesday, September 1, Waste Management will begin EARLY trash collection on Kenton Road (Deerfield Road to Woodvale Avenue) starting at 6:00 a.m.

The Village recommends having your containers out the night before to ensure they are accessible for a 6:00 a.m. collection. This change is in an effort to ensure an unobstructed weekly trash collection while the nearby Kenton Road construction project is active. The Village would like to thank you for your cooperation while construction takes place.
