Paving on Wincanton, East Canton & West Canton Court Tomorrow.

Posted on October 12, 2017 at 4:05 PM by John Guccione

This is a courtesy notice to inform you that surface paving will take place tomorrow, October 13, 2017 on Wincanton, East Canton & West Canton Court.  Paving operations will begin at 7 am and should be completed by 4 pm.

In efforts to achieve optimal smoothness, we ask that you refrain from traveling over the fresh pavement. Therefore, we ask that vehicles be relocated prior to paving operations.

Once paving and compaction is completed, residents will have full access to their driveways 30-40 minutes after compaction (rolling) of asphalt mix.

During paving operations, please note that homeowners will have access to their property at all times via the new sidewalk. However, due to limited space during daytime operations, access to driveways may be delayed or denied at times. Please allow ample time for relocation of vehicles and temporary delays that may occur. Though driveway access may be denied during paving operations, access will be re-established at the end of daytime operations.

The Village appreciates your effort in helping to complete this improvement. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Village of Deerfield Engineering Department at 847-317-2490 and request to speak with someone regarding the Project.

Overnight parking on adjacent streets will be permitted during this phase of construction. The Village of Deerfield Police Department has been notified that residents within this area will be parking overnight on Village streets. During the day, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, please park your vehicle(s) away from the construction area to allow the contractor complete access to the job site.
